Unit never has worked properly

Installed a 240A in new build. Have had nothing but issues. Error code E012 several times a week. Have done what is asked to try to get it to not shut off. Product Experience

Hot water heater cycling on and off during use, causing a fluctuation in temperature. Annoying and sometimes dangerous while showering. User’s recommendation: Make sure your installer is very familiar with these products.

this is a follow up from a previous complaint. Fairly satisfied with response to issue but unless their trouble shooting screener does not have common sense you could be in for some frustration. User’s recommendation: get an installer (plumber) who knows this product inside and out.
