I brought a hotel collection supina worlds finest cottons king comforter back on November 2020 so yesterday May 2021 I washed yesterday and became damaged so the care instrucciones was false.

Hotel collection supima worlds finest cottons king comforter after first washed it became damaged and the customer service did not care about my complaint. He said sorry, but I brought it 7 months ago. I asked him to escalate my complaint, and he hug up. User’s recommendation: Do not buy this product.

Poor Service Order Incorrect

Wrong Shirt Sizes. They then charge your card twice and a refund is issued only after they receive the merchandise back at the warehouse. The refund takes 7 to 10 days before it appears in your bank. User’s recommendation: Refund policy needs to be fixed.
