Every time I use my card to take Lyft it denies me that it takes my card and I wonder why so i’m angry i need someone to call me as soon as possible
There is no person to speak with and not able to dispute fraud activity thru their app. I have fraudulent charges from Lyft and my credit card company instructs me to dispute the charge thru Lyft. Would love a phone number to get a live person to speak with

Look I ether want my account unfrozen right now or I want my money and I’ll close my account and use Uber instead. User’s recommendation: Record your rides because Lyft cares only about money not customer service or quality rides.
Driver and I got into a shouting match about not taking my bike. I pleaded with him to cancel the ride but he refused and drove off while I was still talking to him… I

Bad internet

You pay for internet + television, but the internet principle can't be used at all because the speed barely goes up to 1mbs. Full speed "eat" television so when Hd channels are connected, as they themselves say when it should be no problem. And nothing better they don't offer the only thing they offer is to pay and have to pull another internet cable, thus paying double.
