Still waiting on why for a wait and save did they add an additional 17 dollars when that was the point on waiting and saving for the original charge of 30 then another charge for 37 and a hold for an extra 17 dollars I want my money refunded this crazy
I used cities bike for just a few minutes to bike around at night and somebody took my bike and returned it back after 24 hours and I was charged for that which cost $160.59. I would like to get refund back please. Thank you xx
Bad internet
You pay for internet + television, but the internet principle can't be used at all because the speed barely goes up to 1mbs. Full speed "eat" television so when Hd channels are connected, as they themselves say when it should be no problem. And nothing better they don't offer the only thing they offer is to pay and have to pull another internet cable, thus paying double.
