I waited too long for the driver over 30 minutes the first driver for some reason cancel after I waited 9 minutes and then the second driver I had to wait an additional 14 minutes and I paid you the higher-priced over $20 and I think some of that should be reimbursed to my account

Bad internet
You pay for internet + television, but the internet principle can't be used at all because the speed barely goes up to 1mbs. Full speed "eat" television so when Hd channels are connected, as they themselves say when it should be no problem. And nothing better they don't offer the only thing they offer is to pay and have to pull another internet cable, thus paying double.
