My credit card was charged by Lyft. The problem with that is I have never used Lyft and this was a new credit card, I never used the card not even for gas. The only charges were lyft.

Bad internet
You pay for internet + television, but the internet principle can't be used at all because the speed barely goes up to 1mbs. Full speed "eat" television so when Hd channels are connected, as they themselves say when it should be no problem. And nothing better they don't offer the only thing they offer is to pay and have to pull another internet cable, thus paying double.
