I did not receive any response of any kind. There is no direct telephone response and there are no proper and precise updated information available online. My wife and I are fully vaccinated in Canada, and we are flying to Tehran. However, we have no idea whether we need a test or not.
Got charged twice for the same checked in bag on two different cards. Apparently one of the cards did not go through. The flight was on 4 July, 2021 from LHR to FRA. The flight was LH 0915. The ticket number was 220757****286.
