Box started acting up last week. Would stop half way. Had to unplug and plug back in. Yesterday 7/31/21 rake came off track. Realigned rake. No longer moves at all.
I tried calling all the phone numbers they provided to contact them. When I finally thought I got through, the operator said that the numbers were no longer in service. I do not and will not recommend this product to anyone User’s recommendation: I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE.

I have my litterbox plugged in, I turn the classic litter maid on and the light goes solid green for a few minutes before it starts flashing quickly. Please help, this is so frustrating User’s recommendation: Do not buy.
