Automatic cat box failure

They never got back to me. I am still waiting for a response. I don’t intend to buy another If they don’t handle this. User’s recommendation: Not gonna last a year.

Broken littermaid 3rd ed

Item completely stopped working 5 weeks after purchase. Could not get any answer from littermaid, left messages and called many times. I purchased from petco, they were great, they took it back. First time I have ever had issues like this from littermaid, I will never purchase again but highly recommend petco User’s recommendation: Don’t buy one.
