I had a 100 lats banknote and needed to be refined. First I went to the store, there I was refused. This is understandable and acceptable. Then I went to Norvik Bank, located in Talsi, Dundagas Street 18, City Mall premises. There I was retaliated so unkindly - we do not provide such services!?
