Unbelievable you can wait 4-6 months to get a chair with such a clunk! They know, and dont care…such a disappointment… over-rated, over-priced, over- promised, under performed… User’s recommendation: NOT Lazy Boy.
Unbelievable that you wait months for a chair that has a clunk that wakes the neighbors. Unbelievable that the company knows of the issue and doesnt care… What a rip! User’s recommendation: Find another chair company.
We bought a La-Z-Boy love seat recliner for well over $2,000 three years ago. It smelled so bad at first that we couldn’t go into the room. I wish I had called them right away but figured that they wouldn’t take it back and that the smell would go away. How else could they stay in business?...
