I purchased two la z boy recliners and a love seat about a year and a half ago. The cushions were replaced 7 months ago and now they are shot again. Flat as pancakes. WG&;;;;;R who we bought them from (paid a lot of money) refuses to do anything about them as the warranty is now off....

I bought a manufactured “leather” office armchair made by La-Z-Boy about 2.5 years ago, together with a 2-year extended warranty.
