Loud, cracking noises coming from a five year old leather Pinnacle swivel rocker recliner.

We stupidly purchased the five year extended warranty in this chair. When it started making nosies that were driving me nuts, we went back to store where we bought. Paid $900.00 for recliner ..had to wait 3months during covid to get it. Had it 5 months and it makes more noises in the seat area.

Not very comfortable as the back is very hard. Had it a short time and the seat is squeaking every time I move in it.Think twice , they are not the product they used to be.
