Bad customer service at local furniture store

I purchased two Las-y-Boy recliners about 1-1/2 years ago from Johnny Janosik in Dover, Delaware. We have had nothing but problems with these chairs, which cost over $1300.00. This is a considerable investment and they were purchased because we both have back problems….

Very poor padding

Just got brand new couch and 1 arm is fine and the other is clearly lacking stuffing. It indents when you put your arm on it. Not satisfactory for the price paid.

Remote light always on .

To solve the issue with the remote control light always being on and not lighting up the room at night , I sewed a small pouch where I can hang off the side of the chair and slip the control in it when not in use . That solved the problem . User’s recommendation: Pouch works perfectly.
