I paid the two times for single ride .on last Sunday 11 July at 11:00 to ramantapur and booked the ride with option ola postpaid amount. But driver didn’t accept the ola postpaid amount and he took cash from us. And ola postpaid amount bill has genrated for me. Please look into the issue. And help me....

Booked Cab at 5.05pm from Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. The driver insisted for cash payment, assured the money would not be deducted. But the amount of Rs716.00 also got deduct from my y OLA money. User’s recommendation: This practice of cheating customers must stop.
