Were is my money?

The customer service name Melisa promised to send email to me on my cancellation. Im still waiting for my money to be refund. This is my 5th times complaining about this and i really hope management do something about it AsAP. User’s recommendation: very bad service Lazada compared to other online shopping example Shoppee.
The order has been shipped 11 days ago. But I haven’t received the parcel yet.the parcel has no progress since 3rd August. Today is the last date for the parcel to be received.
