No urgency In delivery (Puchong hub)

Once your parcel reaches Lazada Puchong hub, youre most likely screwed. I dont know how things are done over there but it needs a serious improvement. Parcels sit for days or even a week or more at a time before delivery. CS is equally bad nowadays. As such, Id rather shop at your closest rival these days.... Read more ➤
