无良卖家AGEMER出售货不对版的消毒枪且无法操作

7/8/21 投诉卖家AGEMER给我的货物与网页照片不符，且不能操作 8/8 卖家要我归还，还保障一定会还给我一个能够用的，新的消毒枪但是return平台没有任何怎样归还的指示 9/8 卖家没有回应我 10/8 没有回应 11/8我在return的平台发现卖家把信息改成item is not damage/defective as claimed by customer!请问我都还没有把东西寄回去，他凭什么说这种话？接着，我在我与卖家的插图那边发现他写：hello,you send this back to us,and then we send you a new one. 请问 1.我现在应该相信return平台那边写的话，还是我与卖家的chat那边的归还给他？ 2.这个卖家那边有很多卖消毒枪就有的bad reviews，都是投诉这种消毒枪不能用，卖家耍赖不肯退款，LAZADA您默许这种事情发生吗？ 3.LAZADA，请改善您的customer care，我们没办法跟肉勃特一直重复讲话 4..为了捍卫消费者的权益，我会把这件事带到KPDNHEP寻求协助

Seller says item has been completed but I did not received anything while my Lazada acc says item is still with seller and not shipped yet.

I was cancel my but still not refund my money.

Such a bad service. They are just giving me the time but not giving my refund money. Just making drama with me. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from lazada. Very bad e-commerce side. Better buy from shopee or another e-commerce site.
