The quality of network parking, according to my observations, is deductible from all operators! Even Riigaa, even the center of Brisbane... You only hear syllables and start turning to repeat all the time: "What did you say?" or "Where did you stay?". N times this conversation is interrupted due to the lack of a zone! Call the night and then you have the most successfully connected conversations! It is in the city centers and not the smallest cities.
