I cant get anyone to help me transfer my title out of state. Ive been trying for a month. Ive asked for help with so many reps, and I keep getting different answers. I dont understand why I cant talk to someone in the title department to resolve. User’s recommendation: Horrible customer service.
After dealing with KIA finance and trying to get a State to State transfer, I can still get what WA ST requires. KIA wants the customer to do all the leg work. This is sad. KIA has lost a customer for life, and I will do everything in my power to keep people from buying a KIA....

Same as above Numerous calls To customer service with hang ups and no call backs very frustrating. No answers or explanations of why Kia could not find the check I paid the auto body in full over $5000. I need this check endorsement and sent back to me ASAP
