I am dealing with a dealer fraud by a dealer Sussex Kia who went out of business. By law, the dealer has to transfer Title ownership to the buyer simultaneously with the sale. Paid my Kia off 6 months ago. Was quoted pay off higher than it was. they owe me $954.00 I have called at least 50 times and sent certified mail. no response. Bunch of crooks if you ask me. User’s recommendation: Run away! Don’t use them.
