Terrible customer service, no regard for the customer

My mother died on 5/20/21. She had a loan on a Soul. I started calling Kia on 6/16 to get a payoff amount and ENSURE that the title was issued in the name of the estate. I sent a bunch of different doc to Kia's Deceased Accounts group. In the end, they mailed the incorrect title to the wrong address. Now I must work with the DMV to compensate. User's recommendation: Steer clear of Kia Motors Fiance. Get a loan from Guido, but never KMF.
