I made an order but the branches said they did not receive my order. Payment was successful. Waited for more then 2 hour.

Paid Rm 99 for meal have to wait for 1 hour 45 minutes

Firstly, order received very very late. Secondly, nasi lemak came without rice. Thirdly, cheezy wedges (L) only 5 cuts of potatoes inside. Had to wait for them to send the replacement again very long. Disappointed with the service.KFC Centrepoint Seremban. User’s recommendation: No recommendations. Better don’t order.

KFC taipan very slow and not flexible as it is anymore. Very angry with the service.

At first no more whipped potato then I proceed with the 9pc combo then no more Pepsi. I ask for whippedpotato to change with coleslaw but cannot. Only fries.
