I have order kfc at 5.42pm to deliver at 7.00pm..but my order arrived at 7.40pm and the food was cold.. Serial no:113072****099

Good Evening KFC, The matters above is referred, We would like to lodge a complaint for Likas KFC for stop serving their Chicken as early as 9pm as they are starting to close at 10pm as per the food counter attendants quote (the Manager was just around the counter)….
