Order status not found

I made a delivery order today at 5.20pm. I track the order just now and it says order status not found however, KFC Malaysia have deducted the amount from my account. I called customer care line more than 20 times at 130022**** KFC. but the call was not connected.

My delivery are not delivered but payment already made

My wife kfc App show my order status not found.. Customer service not answer my call from 4 oclock until now Payment already made by app. Service very pure and not good for customer… I order for iftar but now have to find another food…but payment already made to KFC RM60.50 User’s recommendation: Dont ever order KFC.
