After registering a complaint, I received a call from a representative on Friday, June 18th. I didn’t have the serial number available and she agreed to call me back on Monday, June 21st. I have not heard from them since.
They called me June 18th. I did not have the concentrator with me at the time and needed the serial number. She agreed to call me Monday, June 28 at 10:30 to complete the transaction. I have never received a call.
Purchased Inogen 3 few years ago. No problems whatsoever, had excellent service to date. Recently had minor problem; decided that they would send new machine (reconditioned). Arrived promptly and excellent customer service. Only issue is the cost of machine which is hefty. User’s recommendation: Make sure you understand before purchasing.
