Been getting screwed around for 6 weeks on a set of tires that fall under their guarantee to exchange or replace.

This matter has gone on for 6-8 weeks. Got new BFG tires and they changed the compound on this particular tire and it now sucks. Virtual rebate

Keeps declining at time of purchase. May require exact dollar amount at time of purchase. I guess virtual means not real. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy Michelin if you expect a rebate.

Trying to find the right tire for 2014 Pilot Ex-L. I filled out the form to get to a human.

I found out that your recommendation is the Defender T&;;;h which was different than the retailer (premier ltx) and the original equipment primacy Mxv4. I have been researching a replacement tire and premier ltx has very poor tread wear. I was told that Michelin has changed the design, but the question has not been answered.
