Long telephone hold times

Everytime, I call I am placed on hold for up to 45 minutes. Also, when I need replacement items they use ground shipping which takes up to a week. They need to overnight ship when the machine is not working, don’t they realize that this is necessary medical equipment needed to sustain life?

I ordered A INOGEN 2 for my neice.she is not able to use it and you can never get to talk to any one

They put you on hold and wiil never answer.I dont think they even have a customer service person.. Cost me $1800.00.DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! User’s recommendation: DONOT EVEN CALL THEM .A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
