I was having problems with an O2 concentrator.

They were very gracious and sent me a new concentrator and battery for free. So far the new one is working fine. User’s recommendation: They did right by me, so I would give other people a thumbs up on Inogen.

When the battery was below 10% it stopped producing o2. My finger o2 meter would not register higher even when I was sitting.

Yesterday, I had a ct scan and then went to see a couple of doctors for results of other tests. The so called 7 and 1/2 hr battery quit working after three hours on a setting of 3. I was at a Walgreens when it happened, and had to return to my truck to put the battery... Read more➤

The Home Inogen

I have the Home Inogen to make traveling easier. That being said I dont think its durable enough to use daily at 8/9 hour periods. In said 3 years they replaced 3/4 times.
