incorrect tracking provided by Costco.com. costco would not provide live support by phone or chat. Innovel answered with a live person with 5 min and was able to resolve the incorrect tracking, provide an update and help quickly.

POOR DELIVERY COMPANY

I PLACED AN ORDER AT COSTCO.COM ON MAY 22. GOT EMAIL LETTING ME KNOW THAT ORDER SHIPPED MAY 24. ALL THEIR WEBSITE LISTS FOR TRACKING IS RECEIVED AT MDO. NO WAY TO CONTACT OTHER THAN EMAIL. RIDICULOUSLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. User’s recommendation: PICK UP YOUR ORDER FROM STORE. THIS COMPANY IS HORID.

Called Company Customer Service kept me on hold for 30 minutes until 5:00 pm when automated message said “we are closed call back later”. For your edification that is “not” customer service User’s recommendation: Don’t do business.
