Broken leg on sofa

This is about a love seat, purchased in April. In moving it the back leg broke. Poor service, staff incorrect

Yesterday I was with my husband in New York Plaza Costa Coffe, we wanted to order drinks. The girls who worked yesterday don't even know what's over and what's available. Offers what is not available. Cocoa with a lozenge, then it turns out that there is only one lozenge left, and so much more whipped cream that all the hands and clothes were dirty to the customer and do not apologize at all.
