Apoitment were made and no body is showing up to install as promised. I cant sit here and waiting its mind boggling how poorly the situation is being handled User’s recommendation: Think twice before doing business with ikea.

We are eating for the installation crew which was supposed to be done yesterday at 8am and no body showed up we and today the installation which was to happen yesterday and rescheduled for today at 8

All I got was finger pointing

I ordered 3-closet organizers @ ~$300 each. They were shipped, AFTER WHICH I was informed one of them had a missing part, though theyd generously credit me $5. So I went through the web chat and tried to explain to them that the unit was non-functional w/o the $5 part….

Poor service, staff incorrect

Yesterday I was with my husband in New York Plaza Costa Coffe, we wanted to order drinks. The girls who worked yesterday don't even know what's over and what's available. Offers what is not available. Cocoa with a lozenge, then it turns out that there is only one lozenge left, and so much more whipped cream that all the hands and clothes were dirty to the customer and do not apologize at all.
