Have tried to contact many times have not heard from anyone.

Have not heard from customer service after many attempts. Sent quite a few messages they send me a message that they would get right back. They did not. I bough a gift card and they took money out of my account but yet no gift card was received.

Poor service, staff incorrect

Yesterday I was with my husband in New York Plaza Costa Coffe, we wanted to order drinks. The girls who worked yesterday don't even know what's over and what's available. Offers what is not available. Cocoa with a lozenge, then it turns out that there is only one lozenge left, and so much more whipped cream that all the hands and clothes were dirty to the customer and do not apologize at all.
