Never heard from manager

I bought a package and the VIP service. Then they said they were too busy to work the program properly. I called 2 times and came in and was promised each time a manager would call.NO CALL EVER CAME. Other- frustration

Still no call from the manager. Poor customer service and I am disappointed in the lack of care esp because I spent the extra money to be a VIP. If this is how a VIP is treated why did I do it?????
