I have called multiple times to resolve the issue of not receiving my refund amount of $1080 and each time the call gets disconnected before anybody answers.
All the top start reviews are for whose issues are resolved, not the people who like Ideal Image services. All the Ideal Image reviews should be a 1 star. They should be thrown out of business User’s recommendation: Just Stay away from Ideal image nationwide, not just one location.

Very hard to get appointment at customer’s convenience (Augusta, GA). Also cancels appointments due to “scheduling.”
Megan actually took the time out to notice me. And point out some flaws that I was complaining about. I felt more of a clinical atmosphere in her hands then I did over all Sorry “it is what it is” Still give the company 1-star till they start to communicate better…. User’s recommendation: Do more research.
