Redeem non used reservation

The worst booking company. I made a booking with Hotels.com could not travel got a coupon. Cannot even talk to them User’s recommendation: Never use hotels.com.

Very frustrating and impossible to speak to an agent.

I want to speak to an agent but, having tried several times and always being answered by a virtual agent I cant get a person to speak to User’s recommendation: No idea, go elsewhere perhaps.
