Honey well tower fan

My fan turns on by it self out of the blue and when I call in you tell me the some useing a game system do it I call *** I dont need to have my house burned down it would be nice to talk to some one I could understand

Dehumidifier not working

We purchase the dehumidifier TruDry DR65A2000 and the unit is not working. We also have warranty and would like to get more information on our warranty. I have lot of humidity in my basement which can grow mold so need to address this problem ASAP.

Says business hours are 9-5. Its currently 9:40am on the east coast . I assume the tech support office is located on the west coast . Bit this doesnt help people on the east coast . Why wouldnt there be 24/7 tech support anyway ?
