Can’t get book

Audible won’t load my book. I called tech support. I waited 15 minutes on hold for tech support. Then hung up and called again through the pissed customer link, (because I am!). Poor service

I ordered leasing, living room equipment. After half an hour I was called back and confirmed my request. It was also announced when the courier would arrive from 8 am to 6 pm.
