Look elswhere the added charges for transitional lenses ,tint , scratch resistance etc really add up and the frames dont last

I bought 4 pair of glasses from Hakim in Kitchener approx 1400.00 1 pair broke twice during the 1 year 1 time warranty they were repaired but now the warranty has run out I am afraid to wear them they are cheaply made very flimsy material . 16 months later my second pair the rubber nose grip... The glasses I paid over $700 for are the cheapest garbage. Turned my temples green due to the finish coming off after 5 months, told to put nail polish on. Cheap garbage they sell.

Can’t see myself coming back

I stood in store near ten minutes without a soul on the floor. Apparently everyone was in the back having a management meeting with not one person watching their sales floor. When finally someone did come up, I Told them they were lucky I didn’t walk out of the store…

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I went to Hakim for an eye exam and the doctor didn’t even write the prescription properly.
