Poor Quality, Not helpful

I bought 2 pairs of glasses. Both with anti scratch frames. After two months one pairs lenses had bubble like scratches on them. Waste of money. Wrong glasses issued twice

Completely dissatisfied with the service at the store locate at 2243 Bloor St W in Toronto. Misdiagnosed by the Optometrist working at this location twice. Third time prescription was issued based on my old glasses. Asked for my money back; was advised to call the head office. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible quality frames and shady staff.

Purchased Hakim Safety glasses and the staff tried to scam me into paying more than what was actually owed. The frames broke after only a couple months. Was still under warranty so I got new frames, which also broke a-few months later. I’m on my third frames now and already there’s a crack in it. Horrible quality... Read more➤
