Un synced closed captioning.

I have sent emails. Please get your captioning synced with the actual dialog being televised. Its about 2 1/2 minutes behind actual spoken words. Please correct this!!! Pat Kranz Naperville Illinois

Closed captioning is not synced to sound. We really need this feature. Other channels do have sound and CC synced. The show that we watch every day is ER. Can you fix?
