Put on hold and then put on a list for call back. the recording stated that the wait would be 17-27 minutes for my call back and i would not lose my place in line. here it is 1hour and thirty minutes

and still no call back . pretty lame especially when you sit around waiting for that call back. i`m kind of a lay back type of customer but this is really ridiculous . what`s so hard about returning a call back? my next move is looking to transfer my funds to another bank. User’s recommendation: switch banks.

CLOSED ON SATURDAYS

I have to take a day off to take my Dad to the Bank. This is unfair and inconvenient for working people. They need to reopen their closed branches and open on Saturdays. User’s recommendation: Not convenient for Working People.

Driveup machines

The bank changed the drive-up machines. The buttons are covered with thick plastic which makes it almost impossible to operate.
