Company not legit

Called the number given for guest reservations, but agent couldnt solve my issue because he was frm get a room.com . ??????
I had the same experience as many other people, including a cloned website and the surprise overcharge for “tax recovery and service fees” of $169.52. The more significant problem is that immediately after I made my reservations, several attempts were made to use my credit card, bank account and Amazon account. Poor security service

Situation: at chek in a little excitement I returned my jacket. When I covered it had passed already 30-35. I went to look for an employee to ask what to do. I met a kind woman in a green vest and told her about the situation, which she advised me to contact the airport police or security staff. Said to see that they were patrolling the airport. Leaving a piece, I noticed 2 employees at the cafe buying coffee. I waited so as not to disturb, I started a conversation with a woman (in blue form) describing the situation. The security officer said that time had passed and my jacket contacts were already in the police. I asked how you can get it. Said to go out of the zoo, go to the police and then again through security checks inside. I asked how much time was left until the flight-the respondent mentioned that 30. It was determined that I would hardly manage. I asked how this case could be resolved... Shrugged, I said I had to do everything myself. When I asked if you couldn't communicate and even handed me the jacket at the security check-said it couldn't... I have to go it myself and sort everything out. Please explain why with modern technology (walkie-talkie, telephones, communication) the airport police cannot sort these things out and be on the verge of their task and help people... I am very angry that I did not receive any help, only shrugging, no feedback... It seemed that completely all the same to them. I understand, it's just a jacket... But the attitude was very indifferent... Maybe I disturbed the coffee break... I also ask if any of my acquaintances / friends / relatives could take this jacket away sometime after that... Shrugged, smiled and stated: "but it is only but a jacket"... When you drive back to go to the police...
