We accidentally paid for checked and amvarru on baggage. I tried multiple times to contact Gotogate and change this, but was never able to get a hold of a representative.

I have booked, through GoToGate two flights. I have paid for both the flights, a checked baggage, but for none of them ot is booked the baggage.
Absolutely impossible to get thru to. I have called several times, been on hold up to 1.5 hours (I gave up) and emailed without success. There emails are automatically generated and have nothing to do with my issues. Yep…might have been a mistake and yep, certainly would not recommend them. User’s recommendation: big NO!
