Phone number doesn’t work

Their customer service is a bad number. This company is a complete joke and a scam. Stay away from ordering from this place. The reviews are real and they will steal your money. User’s recommendation: Stay away.

Checked in baggage

Hi, I already prepaid a checked in baggage when purchased the ticket and I they still asked me to pay when I checked in since they sais it was not in the system. I already have the receipt that I paid it so now its basically paid twice I need to be refunded. Thanks, Bruna

I was charged for my infant the same price as for adult

They charge the same price for infant as per adult. Make sure to get hold of someone on the phone prior to your booking. User’s recommendation: If you’re traveling with an infant make sure to get hold of someone on the phone prior to your booking.
