You need a category for when there is a problem with an installation of a remote start.

Called your 800 number to get help on a problem a remote start is causing my electrical system in my car. I got disconnected and did not receive a call back. I went to best buy where installation occurred but bay is closed indefinitely. Starting over tonight.

Simple. Don’t ever expect honest service from Geek Squad, Best Buy.

Charged in advance $150.00 for hooking up hearing devices to my TV. Came over to my house and actually did not know how to do it. I had to get another company to do it. We will never buy from Best Buy again. Had bought all our TVs, computers, phones, GPS devices, etc. never again.
