They measured my kitchen, showed me a plan of what I wanted and I signed the contract believing that I would get what I had signed for. Wrong. The surveyor found the dimensions were incorrect and two cupboards and internal shelving would never fit, the initial measurements were so far out. Long story and 3 plans later...

Absolutely awful after sales service! Kithcen fitted 12 months ago in that time a third of the doors have fallen off. the taps have had to be replaced and the oven is defective. Despite numerous attempts to get them to come and repair the defective items thye have refused unless we pay a £75 call out charge...

Hello, visitors to the Uptown Health Center, patients! I would like to draw attention and at the same time share my mother's sad experience in this medical institution. It seemed suspicious that she had to sit under its quartz lamp because it was on a high stand. And at night, Mom woke up from severe pain and itching all over her body. The whole body was bright pink and itchy burning. Went to a dermatologist, where the conclusion - severe burns of the body from a quartz lamp! WHY is its quartz lamp so large that it affects the whole body? The surgeon himself just clapped his hands and could sense that he didn't even know how the procedure was going. Dear people, before you go for a quartz lamp procedure, think about whether it will be healing or will push you into even greater misfortune for another month, healing burns.
