Absolutely disrespectful

on the 26 of September 2019 a tech came out to my house to fix my tv and didn’t put the tv back together correctly the connection and picture was worse the day after he completed the job,he put the tv down so hard the two days later the leg on my tv broke off. On the 27th of September I called and spoke with two representatives the guy I spoke with that day was very rude he transfer me to another representative and I expressed I was still having issues with my television the second representative made an appointment for October the 1st 2019 the technician never showed up by this time I was so frustrated I didn’t call back. On the December the 3rd I was watching TV early that morning and heard a loud pop the color on the tv changed I immediately called geek squad and explained everything that I’ve been experiencing and was told they will send someone the representative also said from what I was explaining my tv would be replaced because I purchase the geek squad protection plan today on December the 4th a technician by the name Charles came to home checked the tv I explained everything to him as well and he called his office they stated their is nothing they can do because there has impact damage I told them no one touched the tv it did not impact what so ever they claimed it was impact damage after I complained that the previous technician did not put the the tv back together correctly and mishandle my television. All I received was an I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do I was told to call geek squad and speak to a supervisor I finally got a supervisor and he started yelling at me for no reason I have never been treated like this I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years and I have never been so unhappy with the company until now .I’ve always known Best Buy to be a company that honor their word.
