I will think twice before ordering another Garmin. My nuvi is still working well. The bigger screen version gave wrong directions

I received an email one 1-26-2021 stating they had mailed my rebate check I have not received it. We were gone January and February and our mail was forwarded and when we returned home it was not in any mail that was held. Could you check and see where it is? Nancy Faber

HR monitor was not working properly

Customer support is sending a replacement after hearing the steps I have taken to try to fix it. This was not my first time working with customer service they are far and away the best.
