Replacement policy is terrible

My vivoactive 4 has been resetting after owning it only 4 months. Garmin support has had me do soft resets, hard resets, and factory resets. Nothing works. Can’t connect to your server is the message I get from garmin express

The chat was of no value. Told me to go to faq. Which I had already done. Then it started working on its own after a half hour of tinkering User’s recommendation: Better support. Told me things I’d already done.
